Delivery in Kharkov is made from 8:00 to 20:00. Other delivery time is possible only by prior agreement.

Delivery is carried out at time intervals, and not at the exact time. For example, from 8:00 to 11:00 or from 13:00 to 15:00, etc.

Delivery in the region is paid extra. You can see the cost of delivery on the website or check with the operator.

Couriers do not deliver during the air raid. When an air raid alert is announced, the delivery time will be shifted and agreed with the recipient.

When placing an order with delivery "today for today", usually delivery can be completed no faster than 3-4 hours (if another time was not agreed before placing an order).

The shipping cost paid by the customer includes delivery to one address. Repeated delivery or delivery to another address is paid extra.

Delivery an order in Kharkov, which does not include flower products or a gift basket (soft toy, cake, balls, etc.) is not always possible - check it. The cost of such delivery is 300 UAH.
